BMES WELCOMES TAYLOR MCCARTHY TO THE TEAM!

Taylor McCarthy, CEM, joined the Biomedical Engineering Society this month as the Society's new Events Manager.

McCarthy has over nine years of non- and for-profit event management experience. Most recently, she was the show manager for the healthcare portfolio at Access Intelligence, Inc., where she oversaw operating room manager content management, operations and logistics, sales and sponsorship, and event marketing.

McCarthy has launched new educational programs, cutting edge sponsorship initiatives, and new events. She enjoys exploring opportunities to increase member offerings and engagement. Most recently, she has worked to successfully transition in-person events to a virtual capacity.
