2025 CMBE Late-Breaking Abstracts

Late-Breaking Abstract Submissions Close November 1

We invite Cellular and Molecular Bioengineering Special Interest Group (CMBE-SIG) members and experts from various disciplines to collaborate, brainstorm new ideas, and establish a foundation for systems bioengineering by submitting an abstract to present research in Carlsbad, CA from January 3-6, 2025.

Funding and training opportunities to maximize the involvement and foster the development of a spectrum of trainees at the 2025 BMES CMBE Conference will be announced shortly. Trainees from institutions or residency in California or with identities that are underrepresented in biomedical engineering are strongly encouraged to contribute to this meeting. Participants will be selected solely based on the quality of their scientific research.

General late-breaking abstract submissions will only be considered for poster presentations.

Submission Format

General Submission Abstracts/Poster Abstracts
Submissions must contain the title, author names, author affiliations, and an abstract that is less than 250 words in a single pdf file. The name of the presenting author should be underlined in the abstract document. A select few general submission abstracts will be considered for podium presentations.
