Meet the Faculty Candidate Forum Applications - Details To Be Announced Soon.

If you're attending the 2025 BMES Annual Meeting, join us for our annual Meet the Faculty Candidate Forum.  This networking event will be on Wednesday, October 8, from 2-5 p.m. in San Diego, CA.

The Forum is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in academic positions in 2025-2026. You will meet and network directly with college recruiters who can help you take the next steps in your BME career.

To qualify for this event, you must:

• Be actively on the market for the 2024-2026 recruiting cycle*
• Will receive your PhD in 2025 or prior
• Be a current BMES member

Accepted candidates will present a biosketch and poster outlining accomplishments, aspirations, and accolades.

Are you looking to hire a BME?  

We are seeking heads of departments, professors, and recruiting managers looking to hire for teaching- and research-focused positions. BMES will provide recruiters with an overview of each candidate before the event.  This is available only to those recruiters who register. (Deadline to be announced soon)
