BMES 01/21/2020
The 2020 BMES Annual Meeting special session request for submissions is now open. Any BMES Member, Committee or Special Interest Group (SIG) interested in organizing a Special Session (panel, workshop or symposium) at the 2020 BMES Annual Meeting in San Diego must submit a special session request form for consideration by Friday, February 21, 2020.
Approved Special Session requests include panels, workshops or symposia that are often tied to the meeting theme and meeting objectives and that DO NOT fit within an existing track. Please carefully review the special session request submission requirements and existing meeting tracks before submitting a special session request. Any submissions that fit within a current track should be submitted through the general abstract submission process that opens February 25, 2020 or discussed directly with track chairs.
Please visit the special session request submission website to review the process and requirements before submitting your online request. BMES is accepting special session submissions online through February 21st. For questions, please contact Education Director, Michele Ciapa at michele@bmes.org or meetings@bmes.org.
