If you're attending the 2024 BMES Annual Meeting, join us for our annual Meet the Faculty Candidate Forum. This networking event will be on Wednesday, October 23, from 2-5 p.m. in Baltimore, MD.
The Forum is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in academic positions in 2024-2025. You will meet and network directly with college recruiters who can help you take the next steps in your BME career.
To qualify for this event, you must:
- Be actively on the market for the 2024-2025 recruiting cycle*
- Will receive your PhD in 2024 or prior
- Be a current BMES member
Accepted candidates will present a biosketch and poster outlining accomplishments, aspirations, and accolades.

Are you looking to hire a BME?
We are seeking heads of departments, professors, and recruiting managers looking to hire for teaching- and research-focused positions. BMES will provide recruiters with an overview of each candidate before the event. This is available only to those recruiters who register by September 18.
