HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Official Hotels with links are posted here.

We have ample rooms reserved and have not authorized any housing bureau. If you are contacted by someone saying that they are the official housing bureau for BMES they are lying and you may be subject to an unscrupulous, fraudulent scam.   Please beware of these scams!

WARNING: Do not reserve rooms with anyone calling or emailing you!

Make your reservations only through the links on this page!

BMES has not authorized nor is affiliated with any housing company for the Annual Meeting.  We have been informed that registrants and exhibitors are being contacted by offers for cut rate housing or that hotel rooms will not be available for the meeting. The intent is to convince you that the offer is made on our behalf, or that the soliciting company is a viable alternative to going through our housing links. This is not true.

If you receive solicitations from housing vendors (commonly referred to as “pirates” or “poachers”), please do not provide them your personal information, especially your credit card number.  If you cooperate with them, your credit card may be charged and you may not have a hotel room when you arrive at your destination.  This is an unscrupulous scam by unscrupulous companies.

BMES is taking legal action but forewarned is forearmed!
